Beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, we’re doing some technical, behind-the-scenes work on our website. During this maintenance, which could last a few hours, santeecooper.com and a number of other customer service apps will be unavailable, including:
- My Energy Link (MEL).
- Pay As You Go Electricity (PAYGE).
- CheckOut.
- Bank Pay.
- Storm Center.
- Lakes Data.
- Industrial Customer Portal.
- Cooperative Customer Portal.
If you experience an electric outage during this time, please call us at 888-769-7688. If you’d like to pay your bill on Saturday, Sept. 24, through one of our payment applications, please wait until the maintenance is complete.
